If you are a tenant of ANY landlord (council, housing association or private sector) and live in the Nottingham City Council area, we offer a range of free services to help them maintain their tenancy via our project, Tenancy Support.
The team offer friendly advice and support with:
· managing debt
· claiming benefits
· dealing with rent arrears
· repairs
· furnishing and equipping their home
· running a household budget
· re-housing
· training courses
· mental health
· putting people in touch with other agencies
· energy efficiency
The aim is to help clients enjoy a happy and successful tenancy.
The support can last for up to 18 months, and is available five days a week from 9am to 5pm.
