We provide care and support in a wide variety of settings for people of all ages with a range of social, physical or health needs.
Supported housing provides temporary housing and support for homeless people. As well as providing good quality accommodation, we also offer training, advice and support designed to help residents live more independently in the future.
Housing for older people offers as little, or as much care and support as residents require. Typically they enjoy the benefit of their own living accommodation but have access to communal facilities such as kitchens, lounges and gardens.
Care homes provide round the clock care, support and accommodation for older people and for people with learning or physical disabilities. All homes are purpose-designed or adapted around the needs of residents, and staffed by professionals with specialist skills.
Non-residential care and support allows people to receive part-time care and support while living in the community. The level of support is tailored to the individual’s needs, and in many cases, ‘aids and adaptations’ (that is, physical alterations such as grab-rails in the bathroom, ramps, and level-access showers) are installed at home to maximise independence.
