COMPLAINTS AND CONCERNS
Care & Support want to ensure that you receive a high standard of service which is delivered in a way which is acceptable to you.
Please tell us if you are not happy, or if you don’t like something. We can help you to sort out your concerns.
If your concern is about a specific scheme, you can talk to the Project Manager, or any of the staff team there, either in person or by phone - you do not have to complain in writing!
