LHA Support Services draws on over 30 years’ experience in providing care, support and housing.
We work closely with national charities and local care agencies to meet the needs of people of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances.
Our professional service enables people to live independent, fulfilling lives and to maintain their involvement in the wider community.
We work in two ways:
- by managing our own schemes, where we oversee repairs and maintenance, housing management, and support and care
- by operating partnership schemes, involving other specialist agencies (which provide the support and care themselves)
In both cases our aim is to provide a safe and comfortable environment, where residents are free to live as they wish, secure in the knowledge that professional care and support are close at hand.
Our core values are choice, individuality, flexibility and accountability. We strongly encourage residents to achieve their potential, to influence the services we offer them, and to be part of their community
Behind us are the substantial resources of the LHA-ASRA Group, which enable us to offer development and property services expertise.
We are funded by the Supporting People initiative, local authorities, primary care trusts, the charges made to residents, and charitable giving.
